FAQ

CUSTOMER SERVICE: 

We want to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for your email to be responded to.  Any emails sent after business hours are responded to the next business day. Emails sent Friday after 6pm PST through Sunday evening are responded to on Monday. 

 

 

Processing time and Shipping:

WE PACK AND SHIP ORDERS EVERY SUNDAY. This goes for expedited shipping, as well. The shipping you pay for only affects the shipping time, not processing time.

Please except delays around holidays

Charms and Slipper/Slides: 3-5 business days

Made to order: socks 7-10 business days

Apparel 7-10 business days


- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

- Shipping labels have been printed, we pack and drop orders off within 24 hours. If your tracking number has not been updated please contact USPS.

We know longer offer international shipping.

SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS:

We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If it isn't, please email us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Once it ships, we are not responsible. 

 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Mackenzie Rae Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates "Delivered” Mackenzie Rae Creations is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact USPS (your local post office) with questions regarding shipment tracking. They will handle all claims regarding your package.

 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Kenzie Rae Shop is not responsible for any damage items due to shipping. 
If your item is damaged due to placement, It must be reported within 7 days of receiving your items. Kenzie Rae Shop is not responsible for damage due to improperly removing or putting on any charms or jewelry.
Please email us with a photo attached.  If you contact us after 7 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. 

 

 

PLEASE NOTE:
